The 25-year-old forward, who hopes that there will be another spot for him in the NHL, still has a valid contract with SC Bern until 2015.

His contract includes an NHL out-clause until November 15, which means he is free to leave the club with immediate effect, in case there is an offer from the NHL before the deadline. Otherwise, he will finish the 2014-15 season with the Bears in the National League A.

Moser, restricted free agent, had received a qualifiying offer for the league minimum from the Nashville Predators at the beginning of July, but turned it down due to a low AHL salary.
