Although forward Julian Schmutz has signed a contract with SC Langenthal for next season, the 21-year-old will definitely join EHC Biel in the NLA. As SC Langenthal informs, Schmutz made use of his out-clause.

Julian Schmutz will thus not return to his youth team Langenthal but takes the leap to the National League A, where he has signed a two-year contract with EHC Biel. Over the course of his career, the 21-year-old has already suited up in eleven NLA-games for SC Bern.

Since 2014, the young forward has played for EHC Visp. This season, he appeared in 41 games for Visp so far and put up 51 points (19 goals, 32 assists). (tme)
