HC Fribourg-Gottéron signs 19-year-old defenseman Andrea Glauser to a two-year professional contract. Glauser, who made his NLA debut for the Dragons this season, will thus stay with them until 2018.

In addition to 11 NLA games for HC Fribourg-Gottéron, Glauser has appeared in two games for HC Ajoie in the NLB, scoring two points. Furthermore, he was part of Switzerland's U20 team at the World Junior Championship.

In 22 games for Fribourg-Gottéron's Elite A team this season so far, Glauser, who joined the Dragons in 2009, managed to put up ten goals and 13 assists for a total of 23 points. (bsc)
