At the young age of 21, Hockey Thurgau's Dylan Weber had to announce his retirement. He suffered a shoulder injury in November of 2014 and never fully recovered to return to the ice.

Weber joined Hockey Thurgau in 2014 and appeared in seven games for the Lions last season. Due to his injury, he had to undergo surgery and suffered several setback on his way to recovery.

Over the last weeks, Weber realized that a return to professional hockey won't be possible and therefore announced his retirement today. In his seven games for Thurgau, the former junior player of the ZSC Lions scored two goals and one assist. (bsc)
