Furthermore, EHC Olten's Sami El Assaoui and Lausanne HC's Simon Fischer have both signed with HC Red Ice for the 2016-17 season. Simon Fischer will be a part of HC Red Ice squad at least for the next two seasons and has an option to extend for a third.

Both players have a clause included in their contract, which would allow them to sign with a National League A team until this May.

The club also announces that they have extended the contract of Slovakian Jozef Balej. The forward, who arrived during the course of this season, has signed a new contract for the upcoming season with the possibility to renew for an additional year. (lcu)
