HCC's roster for next season continues to take shape. After Ganz (Olten) and Hobi (Langenthal), the NLB-team announces the signing of Simon Sterchi, as well as the contract extension with Dubois and Hofmann.

Ex-SCL Tigers' forward Simon Sterchi (photo), 22, played on loan with Hockey Thurgau during the 2015-16 season and recorded seven goals and 14 assists in a total of 47 games for them.

Homegrown forward Jaison Dubois, 19, played the most part of the past season with HCC's Elite B youth team (67 points in 30 games), with whom he could celebrate the win of the Swiss Championship last Wednesday. Furthermore, he appeared in 14 NLB games, scoring three points.

As for Thomas Hofmann, the 20-year-old defenseman has completed a total of 41 games with La Chaux-de-Fonds last season, in which he put up one goal.

All three players have been signed to a two-year contract, valid until the end of the 2017-18 season. (rlu)
