Vollmin had already been in a try-out with Langenthal this past December, according to the same source, and the coaches liked what they saw. The defenseman confirmed his signing to Ryser, saying that he is looking forward to Langenthal.

The 22-year-old defenseman played for Babson College (NCAA III) for the last four years. This season, he has scored four goals and ten assists in 27 games. He is in possession of a Swiss passport, so he will not count against the import-player contingent. (mso)
