Bristedt told HockeyNews.se in an interview in December that he would like to stay in Switzerland for one or two more seasons, but he also confirmed at the time that some SHL teams, among them Rögle BK, are interested in him.
While it is now clear that he will not play for Davos next season, it remains to be seen where Leon Bristedt will sign next. In 39 regular-season games for Davos this season, he recorded eleven goals and 14 assists.
