His current deal is valid until the end of the 2017-18 season. A premature extension would thus mean that he would stay with the Tigers until 2019. The 27-year-old forward has been part of Langnau's organisation since 2014 and was in the team that managed to get promoted to the NLA in 2015.

In a total of 87 NLA games and 78 NLB games, he has scored 76 points (20 goals) and 120 points (42 goals), respectively. This season thus far, he has recorded seven goals and 17 assists in 31 games.
