National League

NLA - As one can read on hockeysverige.se, Lars Haugen, goaltender of KHL team Dinamo Minsk, might join a team in Switzerland or Sweden next season. He certainly is already talking to some teams about his future.

"I've been thinking that it might be time to find something new and I have had conversations with several clubs from both Sweden and Switzerland", says the 27-year-old Norwegian international to Norwegian TV station TV2.

However, Haugen amends that there have not yet been made any concrete offers, as most teams want to wait until after the playoffs to decide on new contracts, but the interest is there. The Norwegian, though, wants to settle his future as soon as possible: "The plan is to get everything done in the next couple of months, at least before the World Championships."

The netminder has played for Dinamo Minsk in the KHL for the last four season and has posted quite good numbers, at least in the GAA section. This year, he has a 2.39 GAA and a save percentage of 0.922 in 30 games. (mso)
