After "He has the same agent as our coach and we have placed an offer," EHC Oltens team manager Jakob Kölliker confirms in the Aargauer Zeitung. An offer that might be particularly interesting for Simek as a transitional solution: "He can practice and play with us. We're ready to offer him a contract with an out-clause for the NLA."
During the last season, Simek played for Genève-Servette HC, TPS Turku, and HC Lugano. Since Lugano did not sign him to a contract extension, the 28-year-old is without a contract since the end of last season. (tme)
