HC Lugano signs Canadian defenseman Ryan Wilson

For the 29-year-old defenseman, this will be his first stint in Europe. From 2009 to 2015, Wilson played in the NHL for the Colorado Avalanche. Overall, he appeared in 275 NHL games.

Last season, however, he played in the KHL for Ak Bars Kazan. For them, he appeared in 31 games, scoring two goals and three assists.
