After the formalization of the mortage credit agreement by the last bank in the pool and the clarification of other elements including the overall financing, the Municipality of Quinto and the Valascia Immobiliare SA were able to proceed to the formal transfer of the land as well as to the company's initial capital increase of CHF 2.4 million, of which the Municipality of Quinto becomes a shareholder (30%).
This initial capital increase will make it possible to approve the second planned capital increase, which will be open to private partners by Easter. At the same time, the Valascia Immobiliare SA will proceed to the selection of a technical-financial "controller" to supervise the whole project. This was requested by the banks.
Should everything go according to plan, all the formal requirements will be met to start demolition of Hangar 6 on the airfield and the excavation works for the foundation by the end of April, HC Ambrì-Piotta announces in a press release.
