The 30-year-old is very happy to remain on the shores of Lake Geneva: "I am very happy to be able to continue my career in this incredible organization. Everyone in Geneva welcomed my family and me with open arms and I look forward to continuing the adventure here and giving my best for the team."

Also Chris McSorley, team manager of the club, is very happy with the signing: "We are very happy to be able to count on Tommy for two more seasons. He is responsible for 33% of the success of the "Richard" line and together with Daniel Winnik and Tanner Richard they have proven that it is one of the most dangerous lines in the league. The fact that these three players evolved together is one of the reasons we were able to reach the Playoffs. We look forward to working with him for the coming seasons."
