The engineering firm Pini Swiss Engineers of Lugano will take over the role of "controller" over the technical-financial part of the construction. This was requested by the banking pool granting the mortgage credit that will cover about 40% of construction costs.
In mid-April, the shareholders approved a second conditional capital increase, from CHF 2,448,000 up to a maximum of CHF 3,672,000, by issuing 1,224 new registered shares of CHF 1,000 each issued at a price of CHF 3,000 for a maximum subscription period of two years.
They will now start the construction process on April 29. They will not organize a special ceremony, as they already had one in December.
