Völlmin to stay with GSHC, Simek to stay with the Lakers

According to Grégory Beaud (Sport-Center), Genève-Servette HC has decided to activate the option included in Mike Völlmin's last contract. The 26-year-old forward has recorded one assist in eleven games.

As for Juraj Simek, the same source reports that he will stay with the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers until the end of the season. He has been playing on loan for them for almost a month. Apparently, they were now able to come to an agreement for the entire season. Simek has recorded one goal and two assists in seven games for the Lakers. In twelve games for GSHC, he put up one goal.
