As Raffi Kouyoumdijan (Le Quotidien Jurassien) writes, Tristan Vauclair has joined HC Delémont-Vallée (Regio League) as head of their junior department.

With the effects of Covid-19 on the finances of hockey clubs, Vauclair decided to not wait any longer for a possible offer from HC Fribourg-Gottéron or any other clubs, as RTS reports. The 35-year-old was the last Vauclair-brother active in Switzerland, with Geoffrey having hung up his skates in 2014 and Julien announcing his retirement earlier this year.

Over the course of his career, Vauclair mainly played for HC Lugano (five years) and the Dragons (eight years) in the National League, with shorts stints as member of Martigny Red Ice, Genève-Servette HC, EHC Chur and HC Ajoie. The latter is also his youth team. His only station outside of Switzerland was as junior, when he spent two seasons with the QMJHL's Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.
