Of 32 games this season, the SCL Tigers were only able to win ten. A situation that is definitely frustrating for the team's president Peter Jakob.

While the position of team manager Marc Eichmann does not seem to be questioned at the moment ("We all agreed with his decision, then we would have to change the entire board of directors"), the standing of head coach Jason O'Leary is less secure.

"If things are not going well and customers are dissatisfied, then the management must not look the other way," Peter Jakob tells the Berner Zeitung. "We have to analyze everything, not leave anything out. Sometimes we can't do without change. One thing is certain: things can't go on like this. It's very frustrating."

As for their roster, Peter Jakob is adamant that they spend as much money as they can, but they will not endanger the future of the club: "If we now spend a million more, but no one knows how we are going to recoup it, then the headache will be postponed. [...] There's no guarantee that it's going to get better if we put in an extra million."
