Citing "Finnish sources in Davos", Klaus Zaugg (Watson) writes that Aleksi Peltonen, son of Ville and twin brother of HC Lugano's Jesper, will join HC Davos as of the 2023-24 season. He is in possession of a Swiss players' license and will thus not use an import player spot.
The Berner Zeitung reported in January that the SCL Tigers had also cast an eye on him. According to Zaugg, they then decided not acquire him, though. Peltonen recorded six goals and six assists in 29 regular-season games this past season.
