In spite of several offers from the Swiss League, forward Eric Arnold has decided to end his professional career in hockey and join the Pikes Oberthurgau, it says in a press release issued by the club from the first league.

For the past four seasons, Arnold has suited up for HC Thurgau. This season, the 26-year-old played a total of 30 games for the Lions, in which he recorded twelve points (three goals).
