On the one hand, HC Davos did not achieve the sportive goals they set for the 2017-18 season, falling out of the playoffs in the first round. This also led to less revenue from ticket sales. They earned CHF 324,000 less than last year and are now at CHF 7,631 million.
They also did not generate as much money from benefactors and adverts. In comparison to last season, they have to report CHF 236 000 less and are now at CHF 8,945 million.
However, as Gaudenz Domenig states, they were content with the revenue generated from the catering sector. Also, the net income of the Spengler Cup was in line with their expectations.
