They also have to add CHF 600,000 of financial costs, taxes, and contingent liabilities from the past, so that the total loss amounts to CHF 1,364,656. This is still an improvement; last season, they had to present an operating loss of CHF 1.5 million to their shareholders.
They have also proposed another capital increase at the extraordinary general assembly which took place after the ordinary general assembly. The increase will amount to a maximum of CHF 2,218,750 with a premium of 200%.
