Fribourg-Gottéron's Viktor Stålberg suspended for two games

In last Sunday's game between HC Fribourg-Gottéron and the SCL Tigers, the host's Viktor Stålberg delivered a late hit against Anthony Huguenin. Having taken a look at the check, the league has decided to suspend the Swedish forward for two games. He also has to pay a fine of CHF 4000.-.

Right after the incident, Stålberg received a major penalty as well as a game misconduct, while Huguenin reportedly was taken to the hospital with a suspected concussion.
