Defenseman Pinana and forward Trisconi, both members of HC Ambrì-Piotta since their youth, will stay with the club until at least 2023. They both made their National League debut during the 2015-16 season and have since suited up for the Biancoblù as well as their partner team, the HCB Ticino Rockets.
Due to an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament, 23-year-old Pinana has not suited up since January and is expected to be out for another few months. In the 29 games he was able to play this past season, the defenseman put up two goals and four assists for Ambrì.
Forward Trisconi was part of every regular-season game, recording four goals and twelve assists.
