As president Hubert Waeber tells La Liberté, they hope to be done with the process of finding a new CEO by August 25, so that the transition period between the new and the old CEO can run as smoothly as possible.
As of now, they have received 14 to 15 applications for the soon-to-be-vacant position and more are still coming in. "We decided to call four or five people for a first round of interviews," Hubert Waeber states. "We will conduct a second round of interviews and then hear from the candidates who best meet the criteria."
