The SCL Tigers look to the future in the name of continuity: with the extension of Luca Boltshauser, the goaltending duo of the 30-year-old and Stéphane Charlin will stay the same, while the import package will see at least five returning players next season with the re-signing of Vili Saarijärvi.
"Vili Saarijärvi and Luca Boltshauser are both cornerstones in this team. We are pleased that they will continue to play for the Tigers and want to pursue the chosen path with us," states Pascal Müller, team manager of the Tigers.
So far this season, Luca Boltshauser has averaged a save percentage of 92.03%, which is higher than the league average of 91.51%. For his part, Saarijärvi ranks twelfth in points among defenders with seven assists.
