Signed to a two-year deal in spring, Martin Frk is already departing SC Bern again. The contract has been terminated by mutual agreement, effective immediately. In eleven games for the Bears, the Czech recorded three goals and four assists.
A new team has already taken on Frk's services - he will suit up for the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers until the end of the season.
Initially only on a short-term deal as an injury replacement, Joona Luoto has played himself into an extension until the end of the season.
"Joona Luoto has integrated quickly and well". team manager Andrew Ebbett notes. "He fits into Jussi Tapola's system. We are happy that we can continue to count on his services."
Somewhat ironically currently sidelined due to an undisclosed injury himself, the Finn has put up seven goals and four assists in 17 games with Bern.
