The deal of Julien Rod is valid as of the 2024-25 season and will run until 2026. Rod, whose brother Noah is already an established National League player, is a product of HC Fribourg-Gottéron's organization.
After a season in the OHL and one in the Swedish junior league, he returned this season to Fribourg. He has, however, only suited up for HC Sierre this season, appearing in 20 games for them.
