Arguably one of the best youngsters in the National League this season, Tommaso De Luca has apparently received a contract extension until 2027. The Italian forward returned to HC Ambrì-Piotta last summer after a season in North America with the Spokane Chiefs.
In 37 games with the Biancoblù, the 19-year-old forward scored ten goals (one hat-trick) and collected eight assists, leading all U21 players in goals and points. Moreover, he recorded ten points in five games with Italy U20 at the World Junior Championship Division 1B.
