The ZSC Lions won their game againt the SCL Tigers with 2-1. As EHC Biel won their game against Genève-Servette HC, the Tigers will thus not get a chance to fight for a playoff spot in the play-ins. The Lions, for their part, end the regular season with 109 points - a club record.

Only two playoff matchups are already set: Lausanne HC (3) will play against HC Davos (6) in the quarterfinals and EV Zug (4) will face SC Bern (5). The quarterfinals are set for March 17.

As for the play-in matchups, HC Lugano (7) will face HC Ambrì-Piotta (8) and Genève-Servette HC will battle it out with EHC Biel. The winner of HCL-HCAP will play against HC Fribourg-Gottéron in the playoffs, the loser will have to play another round against the winner of GSHC-EHCB. The play-ins will start on Thursday.
