Luca Capaul, Sandro Zangger, and Jan Hornecker will all stay with the Lakers. The National League team has activated an option in Capaul's contract; he will stay until 2026. Zangger, for his part, has signed a one-year deal with an option for an additional season.

As for Hornecker, he played his first National League games for the Lakers this season. He has agreed to a one-year deal that includes an option for two additional seasons.

Maxim Noreau, Zac Leslie, Martin Frk, Brett Connolly, Tim Grossniklaus, Petr Cajka, and Robin Meyer will all leave the National League team. While Noreau will retire, the contracts of Meyer and Grossniklaus have been dissolved by mutual agreement. The contracts of Leslie, Frk, Connolly, and Cajka will not be extended.

The coaching staff will also see some changes. It was already clear that Sven Berger would no longer serve as an assistant coach come the 2024-25 season, as he will serve as the Lakers' new head of development. However, he is not the only member of the coaching staff to leave his position: Bert Robertsson will leave the organization entirely. Goaltending coach Marc Eichmann, for his part, will take on the role of CEO of their junior section.
