According to the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, there are rumblings that Nicolas Müller is close to agreeing to terms with EHC Biel. Müller is currently playing his fifth season for the Michigan State University and has recorded seven goals and 20 assists in 35 games for them this season.
Müller is a product of EHC Basel but decided to play junior hockey in Sweden as of the 2015-16 season. He played four seasons for MoDo Hockey's junior teams before he went to the US in 2019.
