According to Expressen (relayed by HockeyNews.se), HC Ambrì-Piotta is showing interest in Malte Strömwall and is trying to lure the Swede to Switzerland.
Aftonbladet reported at the beginning of April that the forward might play in Switzerland next season. Strömwall, who recorded 15 goals and 25 assists in 52 regular-season games for Frölunda this season, can activate the clause in his contract until April 30.
