Whereas captain Hauert has signed a deal only for the next season (with an option for the following year), Wolf, Pouilly and Frossard have all signed a two-year contract that will keep them with HC Ajoie until 2023.
Hauert, 34, will have the possibility to play his 20th season with the same team with which he debuted in the Swiss League back in the 2001-02 season. This season, the defenseman has collected 16 points in 23 games.
Frossard, 27, and Pouilly, 24, have also always played for HC Ajoie in their career. This season, Frossard is the Swiss player with the most points (28) on the team, while Pouilly has recorded 11 points in 24 games so far.
For his part, Wolf has been the starting goalkeeper of the Ajoulots for the past two seasons, when he joined HCA from HC La Chaux-de-Fonds. The soon-to-be 29-year-old is currently averaging one of the best save percentages in the Swiss League, with 92.6%.
