The Board of Directors of HCB Ticino Rockets SA announced today that the recapitalization approved by the shareholders' assembly in February was successful. The new capital of the company now amounts to CHF 100,000, paid by HC Ambrì-Piotta and by the GDT, the club from Bellinzona. The two clubs are now the sole shareholders of the company.
In the coming weeks, the contributions that current shareholders and other potential partners will be willing to provide must be confirmed to ensure financing for the 2023-24 season and the following ones.
