For the past three seasons, Jordann Bougro had played in the National League. First with HC Fribourg-Gottéron and, most recently, for EHC Kloten. In all of his career, the forward has appeared in 158 games in the National League, in which he recorded 16 points (five goals).
In the 2017-18 season, Bougro was captain of Lausanne HC's U20-Elit, which was then coached by Yves Sarault, who is now head coach of HC Sierre.
