Ritz is a product of EHC Visp but played his final junior years in Langnau. After five seasons in the Emmental, he returned to Visp and has played for them ever since. This season, he appeared in 45 regular-season games, recording six goals and ten assists.
Jansen, for his part, also receives a two-year deal. He, too, is a product of EHC Visp and currently plays for their U20 Top team. This season, he put up 26 goals and 30 assists in 35 regular-season games.
