After a long tenure in the NHL, Tyler Ennis signed with SC Bern last summer. One year later, with his contract having ended, the Canadian is currently teamless. He might be getting another shot in the NHL. As the Edmonton Journal's Jim Matheson notes, there is a chance he may be signed to a professional try-out.
Tyler Ennis was at Perry Pearn’s 3on3 camp and hearing he might get PTO, maybe from Western based team. Still has irons in fire back in Switzerland where he played last season— Jim Matheson (@jimmathesonnhl) September 1, 2023
Matheson also states that Ennis apparently still has options here in Switzerland. However, he does not specify with which teams or in which league that would be.
