Michael Lindqvist will stay with Färjestad BK

Several Swiss teams had taken an interest in the Swede. SC Bern's team manager Alex Chatelain confirmed to the Berner Zeitung ten days ago that Lindqvist was one of many candidates on his list of potential import players for the 2020-21 season.

"Since the injury, I have had quite a long time to think about things, " Michael Lindqvist says. "But it feels good, considering where I am with myself, to have made the decision now [to stay with Färjestad BK]."
