Silvio Schmutz leaves Winterthur for Basel

Silvio Schmutz is off to Basel.

Silvio Schmutz will reinforce EHC Basel's defense for the 2020-2021 season. Over the course of his career, Schmutz played eight games for HC Davos in the highest Swiss league in 2015-16, before taking a break of two years. Since his comeback with EHC Winterthur in 2018, Schmutz collected six points in 85 games.
