In an interview with IIHF.com, Latvia's goaltender Elvis Merzlikins, who has one year left on his contract with HC Lugano, confirms that his agent has several offers from KHL teams on the table.
"There are several offers with my agent at the moment" said the 22-year-old netminder. "It would just be a dream to play in the KHL* and I'll do everything I can to make that happen." However, the draft pick of the Columbus Blue Jackets had confirmed in mid-April that he will definitely fulfil his contract with Lugano. (mso)
