There were no big surprises in the second round of the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup. The victory of Wisle (C) against SWHL B team Konstanz-Kreuzlingen comes only as a small surprise given that their roster is stacked with former SWHL A players from the DHV Lyss and EV Bomo Thun. However, there were definitely some big victories in this round: the GCK Lions won 20-1 against Zunzgen-Sissach; the Lakers beat Meyrin with 18-0.

As for the next round: the two Neuchâtel teams will face each other - the SWHL B team will be the home team. The game between SC Reinach and the ZSC Lions will definitely also be interesting, especially given the Lions' loss to Reinach in the championship last week. The GCK Lions also have a big challenge ahead as they will face SC Weinfelden in the Round of 16.
