The 26-year-old defenseman of Lausanne HC will join his new club starting from the next season.

Dario Trutmann, whose contract with Lausanne HC is set to expire at the end of the current season, signed a two-year contract with the ZSC Lions. As Sven Leuenberger, ZSC Lions' team manager, declares, "Trutmann will perfectly complement our defense and we hope that he will be able to fully express his great potential with us".

Trutmann, who is playing his fourth season in Lausanne (three points), is a veteran of more than 300 National League games, in which he scored 16 goals and put up 45 assists. In his junior years, Trutmann played for the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL.
