HC Lugano's Chiesa has reportedly signed a long-term deal

According to Blick, HC Lugano has also extended the contract of their captain Alessandro Chiesa. He has supposedly agreed to a four-year contract, valid until the end of the 2021-22 season.

The 30-year-old defenseman's contract will expire at the end of this season. Chiesa returned to HC Lugano in 2014 after playing for EV Zug for four seasons. This season, the captain of the Bianconeri has recorded two assists in 14 games.
