It is not the first time Guerra's name has been mentioned in connection with the Biancoblù. The defenseman himself remains tight-lipped about the subject for now: "I cannot say anything about it. The only thing I will say is that they are interested in me, but that was also the case in past years."
Guerra's contract with the ZSC Lions will expire at the end of the season. The Neue Zürcher Zeitung suggested a bit over a week ago that he might return to his former club HC Davos as of next season. While it might be indeed a former club he will be part of as of next season, it looks more like it will be HC Ambrì-Piotta, the team he played for in his youth.
