Both the design plan as well as the partial revision of the building- and zone regulations "Untere Isleren" in Zürich Altstetten have been approved without a single countervote (103 yes, 18 abstentions).
This is another important milestone in the project's progress," ZSC's CEO Peter Zahner notes. "We are extremely pleased with the broad approval by the council, which is a great sign of confidence."
The construction works are scheduled to start in March 2019 and are expected to be finished in 2022. The "Theatre of Dreams" will have a capacity of about 12,000 spectators. More information about the project can be found here.
