Mikael Johansson, whose short-term contract was no longer extended by HC Davos, has reportedly found a new employer. According to Expressen, the Swedish forward will finish the season with the SCL Tigers.

"I can confirm that he will stay in Switzerland, but the rest will be communicated by the club," Johansson's agent Johan Finnström confirms, without revealing the name of his client's future team. However, according to Expressen's own sources, the player is indeed set to join the SCL Tigers.

The 32-year-old Swede joined HC Davos on a short-term contract in mid-December last year, which was then extended until the Olympic break. In a total of 14 games for HCD, Johansson managed to score eight points (one goal, seven assists).
