As McSorley tells the Tribune de Genève, it is likely that defenseman Goran Bezina will stay in Geneva, despite offers from other teams. "We both feel like continuing this adventure together," McSorley reveals. This might not be the case with French forward Stéphane Da Costa, though: "There are numerous KHL teams that have followed him," McSorley says. "We cannot keep up with these offers."

Additionally, there might be a couple of contract extensions. Floran Douay, Kay Schweri, and Will Petschenig are likely to stay in Geneva. Also, Petschenig has let the staff know that he would be interested in becoming captain as of next season. In addition, youngsters Neil Kyparissis, Mike Wyniger, Enzo Guebey, and Arnaud Riat are about to be integrated into Geneva's National League team next season. If not, they will be loaned to a Swiss League team in order to continue their development.

And what about coach Craig Woodcroft? "That's a decision that doesn't concern me," McSorley says to the same source. As the decision will be taken by the administrative board and the Fondation 1890, he is not willing to comment either on Woodcroft's future or on rumored candidates such as Sean Simpson, Larry Huras, or Hans Kossmann.
