Up to this point, only Swedish defender Jonas Junland and Canadian forward Dustin Jeffreys (both until 2020) are in possession of ongoing contracts. Team manager Jan Alston is working on two more import-players, a forward and a defenseman: "We are having discussions with a number of candidates," he says to 24 heures. "But to know the names of the two new imports, you will have to wait until at least the end of the World Championship."

Alston also confirms to the same source, that the American forward Andy Miele will not be one of Lausanne's new imports. The 30-year-old played for the SHL's Växjö Lakers last season and is reportedly interested in moving to Switzerland for the upcoming season (read our article).
