Because their current fitness coach Bruno Knutti is going to leave the club next summer, the Dragons will have to look for solutions to replace him. According to the Freiburger Nachrichten, the club is not willing to make a decision this early. Knutti himself has an idea of what could be an ideal solution: A duo consisting of Sandro Stoll, who is currently fitness coach of the juniors, and Marc Abplanalp.

The 33-year-old Abplanalp will soon have finished his studies in sports science. "Both have a lot of knowledge and were able to learn a lot from me," Knutti says to the Freiburger Nachrichten. Abplanalp himself, however, is not sure if he is ready to take that step next year: "That's an interesting job," he admits to the same source, but: "I would like to keep playing after the upcoming season - being a player is the coolest time."
